USE YOUR COMMUNICATION TOOLS WISELY

Communication is the process of exchanging information. The tools and equipment that facilitate communication are well known as communication tool. Examples of these devices are radio, television, mobile phone, camera etc. Application programs such Facebook, Waplog, Twitter, WhatsApp and other Social media networks are also part of communication tools or programs.

Today, sharing of information is very rampant and simple more than you can imagine through the internet and the smart gadget such as Smart phones, cameras, Bluetooth device etc.  

Note that, the Smart phones are one of the faster growing communication tools in this

Technology World today. This is so because of their user-friendly programs which are embedded in them. They are widely used by almost everyone on this planet everywhere, anytime and

anyhow.

The intention of the vendors of Android, LG, Blackberry, Samsung, Techno Phones and others smart devices is to assist people with flexible interaction or communication.

Below could be the uses of communication tools (mobile phone) by the following people:

Parent: Parent uses the Smartphone to track and interact with their family.

Business Personnel: Business Men and Women can use the devices to transact and manage their business even when they are not around. Business meetings in the form of conferencing.

Student: Smartphones could be used by a student to assist him or her with many educational materials such as text books, research, lesson notes, lesson plans, tutorial etc. on the internet. 

The above merits of communication tools and the internet was part of the main ideas why the inventors introduced or implemented these gadgets.

But today, it seems like we care less about the positive uses of the mobile phones and other communication tools all over the world, especially, the youth and students from the various institutions.
These is how we used our communication tools and internet by;

Students: Students refused to use their Smartphones for education material that could have assist them to achieve their educational goal but always to used these device for sending and receiving unnecessary resources such as nude pictures and videos of their own or from friends.

Teenagers: Most young peoples who are truly under age now have the free access to many dating site on the web.

Ex-Lovers: The people do not care about what happens next to their partners especially if there occured a sudden break-up. These seems to be the most dangerous aspect of the internet  since people cannot be trusted on when, how and who she or he is going to share your private life with. Most Sex tapes and picture leaked on the internet due to these people, Broken-Heart Ex-Lover.

Hacking: Hacking is another game of the day, I wonder why we the youth always like to use good things on their opposite functions. Hacking  exist for reasons but today we are afraid to be know by the public as a hacker. Just because our concept about hacking is not embraced

in our community where we are living, especially in Africa, Street hackers called themselves scammers.

 Result:

The youth today have many other ways of using communication without thinking about the consequences or what happen next. It will be good to live a decent life always online. Whatever you do on the Net today can be reflected can be used against you tomorrow.
 

Security Note: 
Before you connect online, note that the internet is not 70% secure for it user. You may ask why? Because:

1. All your messages and uploaded files (pictures, videos and audios) are stored on someone’s web server.

2. Your recipient is not the only web surfers on the net, there are many out there including experts and (your) domain administrators.

3. Machines are not reliable. Machines are just like human beings it sometimes becomes exhausted or faulty. If these occur what happen next.

4. Because someone is connected online just because of you.

Do not just use connect to the internet because of fun or joy, curiosity or ignorant.

Be careful the kind of information you share online with your communication tools, it can be used against you tomorrow
